"We reached out to Saskia Aimee LLC to create a customized store experience at our annual sales kick off meeting for our HonorCircle program. The HonorCircle consisted of over 300 individuals from our sales team who exceeded their sales goals for the year. Each HonorCircle winner received a gift certificate that they could use in the HonorCircle store to find the perfect gift for himself or herself or even something they could take home to their significant other or child.
In the past, we provided the winners with gift certificates for certain products, sent them to a website where they could shop online or we selected a specific gift for them; however, this new concept took our HonorCircle program to a new level. The store had the latest technology products, beautiful jewelry and many sports related items that were never previously available. Saskia Aimee’s team brought special and unique items that our winners might not normally purchase themselves, but have always wanted or wanted to purchase for their significant other.
The feedback from creating this on-site store experience was incredibly positive and after speaking with most of the attendees, we knew this program would be repeated at every sales kickoff. There was so much buzz around the sales kickoff meeting and HonorCircle store that it has influenced the entire sales team to work harder to surpass their goals for next year. I have even received emails with suggestions of new hard to find products hitting the market that would be cool to offer in our on site rewards store.
The store concept is better than a typical online catalog rewards program because it allows winners to see and experience the gifts real time and allows them to take their gifts home right away- or have them shipped. This new program checks all the boxes for why we provide an incentive program by not only rewarding great work but creating buzz among all attendees, providing a fun and positive experience and thus inspiring the entire sales team to make a bigger impact next year.
